Join the legendary Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation as a Front Desk Representative and spend your summer at the heart of North Dakota's most beloved tourist destination — the charming town of Medora, nestled in the breathtaking Badlands. Alongside 370+ seasonal staff from over 30 countries, you'll be part of a team that creates unforgettable experiences for thousands of visitors every day.

As a Front Desk Representative, you'll be the friendly first face guests see. You'll manage check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries, resolve guest issues with professionalism, and keep the lobby welcoming and organized. You'll receive full training from experienced Front Desk Managers on reservation and ticketing systems, hotel policies, and everything Medora has to offer.

Beyond the job, Medora is an adventure playground. Explore Theodore Roosevelt National Park, catch the spectacular Medora Musical every night for free, join weekly cultural events, and connect with people from all over the world — all while getting paid!

💵 $15/hour, ~35 hrs/week average (up to 50 hrs peak season)
⏰ Overtime paid after 40 hours/week

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to; to talk,hear, walk, & stand. Employees are required to wear a company issued polo, a nametag, closed toed shoes, and appropriate pants (black, khaki, jeans without rips, tears, or holes). Employees will be charged for any uniform shirts which are not returned to the LSC HR team at the end of the season.

All employees must wear a nametag issued by TRMF. Employees are issued polo shirts which must be worn as a uniform. Closed toed shoes are required. Employees can wear black pants, jeans without holes, rips, or tears, and khaki pants to work. No leggings, track pants, or other colors are permitted as part of the uniform. Brown or Black belt, and Black shoes required.

Payroll deduct from the first few pay periods.

Housing deposits will be returned if the employee works until their contracted end date, the room is clean and free from damage, all linens returned in good condition, check-out completed with Resident Assistant. Failure in any of these areas may result in losing part or all of the housing deposit.
