Busser at Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation

As a member of the food service team, a Busser will have the primary responsibility to assure the dining room is properly maintained to give the guests the best experience possible. Keeps the dining room clean including, vacuuming, cleaning and refilling table condiments, polishing glasses and silverware, prepping bread and butter, filling ice container and pop machine, maintaining linens in organized manner and have clean rags and sanitizer prepared Busses and reset tables between guests Assist wait staff in refilling water, butters, and sugars Learns the place setting for each meal, assists with resetting for meal times by rolling silverware and folding napkins Greets and assists guests and alerts servers if needed Cleans front of house and wait station to ensure restaurant is clean and organized
