As a Front Desk Representative, you'll be the friendly first face guests see. You'll manage check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries, resolve guest issues with professionalism, and keep the lobby welcoming and organized. You'll receive full training from experienced Front Desk Managers on reservation and ticketing systems, hotel policies, and everything Medora has to offer.
Beyond the job, Medora is an adventure playground. Explore Theodore Roosevelt National Park, catch the spectacular Medora Musical every night for free, join weekly cultural events, and connect with people from all over the world — all while getting paid!
- 💵 $15/hour, ~35 hrs/week average (up to 50 hrs peak season)
