As a Retail Sales associate, you will be the face of the store – greeting tourists from across the USA and the world, helping them find the perfect souvenir or custom-made piece of clothing, handling cash and card transactions, and keeping the shop looking its best. No two days are the same, and your English skills will grow faster than you can imagine!
The store operates 9 AM – 10 PM, with typical shifts averaging 9 AM – 6 PM. Hours start at around 32–35 per week before the 4th of July rush, then ramp up significantly – overtime is paid after 40 hours. High performers who complete their full season may also be eligible for an end-of-season bonus at the manager's discretion. Second-job opportunities at other Magic Fashion locations in Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island are also available!
