San Diego Trading Company is looking for energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join their team for the summer season in sunny California.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of the store – greeting customers, sharing your product knowledge, handling transactions, and keeping the sales floor looking sharp. It's a dynamic role that blends customer service, sales, and teamwork in one of the most visited coastal cities in the United States.

Beyond the job itself, San Diego offers an incredible lifestyle: surfing, baseball games, the world-famous Comic-Con, a County Fair in July, summer concerts, and easy access to nearby cities like Los Angeles. The employer also organises team BBQs and a special July 4th lunch for staff!

💵 $17.25/hour – competitive California wage
🕐 24–40 hours/week (avg. ~32 hrs), overtime paid after 40 hrs
🏖️ Located at Belmont Park, Mission Beach – right by the ocean

Employer will provide a shirt at no cost to the employee. Casual pants/trousers that are suitable for a professional setting are acceptable- black, tan or denim. Closed toed, comfortable and non slip shoes are required. Must be comfortable for standing.

Males- one piercing per ear, no gauges or facial piercing, no beards, neatly trimmed moustache ok, no pony tail or hair longer than middle of neck. Females- no gauges or facial piercing, only three earrings per year. ALL visible tattoos must be covered with long sleeve shirt/jacket/pants (in the summer, that can be hot). No extreme hair color.
