As a Resort Worker / Maintenance team member, you'll play a vital, hands-on role in keeping the property beautiful and guest-ready. Your day-to-day will be varied and dynamic — from minor repairs and painting to lawn care, gardening, cleaning grills, refilling firewood stations, and even caring for the resort's chickens. No two days are the same!
You'll work alongside a supportive team, receive full on-the-job training, and cross-train across departments — building real practical skills you can take anywhere. Guests notice and appreciate your work, and tips are a welcome bonus on top of your $16/hour base wage.
- 💰 $16/hour base wage + tips (estimated ~$640/week gross)
- ⏰ 40 hours/week average; overtime paid after 40 hrs
