Imagine spending your summer at one of Virginia Beach's most popular oceanfront resorts. As a Busser at the Holiday Inn & Suites Virginia Beach – North Beach, part of the Harrison Group family of hotels, you'll be right in the heart of the action – keeping the dining experience smooth for guests who are already living their best beach vacation.

Your main role is to reset tables quickly and professionally after guests leave, support servers with refills and food delivery, and ensure the restaurant looks great at all times. It's a fast-paced, physical job that rewards a positive attitude and strong team spirit – and yes, tips are included, bringing your estimated weekly earnings to around $324.

Virginia Beach is an incredible place to spend the summer. Between shifts, explore miles of sandy beaches, lively boardwalks, shopping, and local attractions. The local International Student Organization Program (ISOP) is very active and will help you connect with other international students from around the world.

• 📍 Location: 3900 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia – right on the oceanfront
• 💵 Hourly wage: $7/hour + tips (est. weekly earnings ~$324)
• ⏱️ Hours: 32–40 hrs/week; overtime paid after 40 hrs
• 🕐 Shifts: 6–8 hours, AM or PM based on property needs
• 🏖️ Peak season: July, August, and early September
• 👕 Uniform provided ($2/week deduction); bring black/khaki bottoms and non-slip black shoes
• 🏠 Housing: Self-arranged; estimated $125–$150/week (secure BEFORE arrival!)
• 🚌 Transport: Virginia Beach Wave bus runs 8am–2am every ~20 minutes ($4)
• ✈️ Nearest airport: Norfolk International (ORF)
