Imagine waking up every morning at one of America's most iconic destinations — Lake Tahoe, Nevada — and heading to work at a bustling marina right on the crystal-clear shore. As a Marina Services Worker at Zephyr Cove Resort, that's exactly what your summer will look like!

You'll be the friendly face guests meet when they arrive to rent kayaks, SUPs, and pedal boats, helping them create memories that last a lifetime. You'll handle bookings, process transactions, answer questions, and keep the marina running smoothly. You'll also be cross-trained with Front Desk Marina duties, making you a versatile and valuable team member.

Earn a solid $17.20/hour with tip potential, work an average of 35–40 hours per week, and enjoy great job-specific perks on top of your paycheck. Housing is provided right near the resort with a free employer shuttle to work — so all you need to do is show up and enjoy the Tahoe lifestyle.

💰 $17.20/hr base wage + tips possible | Estimated ~$600/week

Yes. Employer Guarantees employer - owned or employer - arranged housing to all hired participants. May find own (can choose alternative).

За депозита

There are several housing options available, so the refundable housing deposit will range from $320-$520 depending on which housing you are in. The deposit will be collected through deductions from the first four paychecks.

Deposit is refundable minus a $50 deep cleaning fee. Room must be clean and in the same condition upon moving in. Associates must check out with the management team before leaving. No damages to the room and no trash or belongings left behind. All uniforms and company property must be returned.

An inspection occurs upon checkout to verify refund. It will be issued as a separate check or with the final paycheck.
