As a Dockhand / Marina Services team member, you'll be at the heart of the action, helping guests navigate boats, fuelling and maintaining watercraft, keeping the marina clean and safe, and delivering top-notch customer service with a smile. It's a physically active, outdoor role that keeps every day interesting.

With a base wage of $14.70/hour, occasional tips, and an estimated weekly earning of around $568, you'll have plenty to fund your adventures. Overtime kicks in after 40 hours.

Dress in the appropriate clean uniform and present a clean, neat appearance. Hair must be clean, combed and well groomed; no extreme styles or colors. Long hair should be secured back from the face. Clean shaven appearance is required unless a beard has previously been grown. Beard length may not exceed 5 cm. Jewelry must be conservative, appropriate to working attire and must not conflict with job related safety standards. Visible body piercing, with the exception of ears is unacceptable.

A refundable $150 housing deposit is required by payroll deduction. The amount will be deducted from the first two pays ($75 per pay).

Deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage to the room and the room is cleaned upon a scheduled check-out.

Security deposits will be returned by way of direct deposit to the employee's enrolled bank account or pay card. The timing of this return is dependent upon the check out date. Failure to properly check out may result in a loss of deposit.
