As a Pool Lifeguard, you will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of all pool guests, enforcing regulations, responding to emergencies, performing rescues, and maintaining a clean and safe pool environment. You'll work alongside an international team and be part of a guest-focused hospitality community with legendary customer service standards.

Beyond work, Bethany Beach offers a vibrant summer scene — boardwalk strolls, beach days, cycling, festivals, concerts, shopping, and organized trips to nearby cities.
