Spend your Work & Travel USA summer keeping swimmers safe at Sea Colony Resort — a premier beach and racquet sports community right on the Atlantic Ocean in Bethany Beach, Delaware. With $17.50/hour, guaranteed 40 hours per week, and a stunning coastal setting, this is one of the most rewarding lifeguard placements available.

As a Pool Lifeguard, you will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of all pool guests, enforcing regulations, responding to emergencies, performing rescues, and maintaining a clean and safe pool environment. You'll work alongside an international team and be part of a guest-focused hospitality community with legendary customer service standards.

Beyond work, Bethany Beach offers a vibrant summer scene — boardwalk strolls, beach days, cycling, festivals, concerts, shopping, and organized trips to nearby cities. Sea Colony actively encourages students to explore local events and form lasting friendships through company parties, potlucks, game nights, and a year-end student celebration.
