Based in Hanover, Maryland — just under 50 miles from Washington D.C. — AquaSafe runs pools across MD, VA, DE, PA, and NJ, giving you the chance to work in vibrant American communities while building your professional skills.

As a Lifeguard, you'll be stationed at a community pool, keeping swimmers safe, enforcing facility rules, and providing excellent guest service. You'll work outdoors, stay active all day, and take part in regular in-service training to keep your skills sharp. With an average of 48–55 hours per week, and overtime paid at $23.25/hr (150% rate after 40 hours), your earning potential is seriously impressive — estimated weekly wages of $806 before tax.

AquaSafe takes care of you beyond the pool deck too. Housing is guaranteed — no prepayment needed — in furnished apartments with WiFi and kitchen facilities. You and your friends can be placed together if you arrive as a group before May 22nd. The company also organizes a packed social calendar to make sure your summer is one for the books.
