Alaska Collection Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge, part of the Pursuit Collection, is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking students to join their Gift Shop team in the charming historic town of Talkeetna, Alaska — just 2 hours north of Anchorage.

As a Gift Shop Retail Associate, you'll be the face of the lodge's retail experience: helping guests find the perfect Alaskan souvenir, handling cash transactions, keeping shelves stocked, and maintaining a welcoming shop environment. No prior experience needed — just a great attitude and a sense of adventure!

Beyond work, Talkeetna is an outdoor paradise. Your employer organizes incredible cultural and adventure activities to make sure your time in Alaska is truly unforgettable.

💰 $15.50/hour, ~32–45 hrs/week; overtime paid after 40 hrs

Employer-guaranteed housing on-site: dorm-style (shared room for 1–3) or apartment-style (2-bedroom, shared by 2–4 per room). Bedding & towels provided, free laundry, WiFi, full kitchen. Cost: $70/week deducted from paycheck + $100 refundable deposit.

Yes. Employer Guarantees employer - owned or employer - arranged housing to all hired participants. May find own (can choose alternative).

$100 refundable deposit as long as the housing unit is left in good standing (clean, no damages beyond normal wear/tear). It will be taken out in 4 increments of $25 over the first 4 paychecks.
