Harbor Watch Restaurant, part of the respected Harrison Group, is one of Ocean City's most beloved seafood destinations, famous for its fresh local oysters, clams, flounder, mahi mahi, and swordfish served straight off the docks.
As a Food Runner, you'll be at the heart of the dining experience — delivering beautifully presented dishes to guests, ensuring every plate is perfectly garnished and complete, preparing cold and warm non-alcoholic beverages, and keeping the dining area spotless. You'll sharpen your customer service skills, work alongside an international team, and enjoy a fast-paced, energetic environment all summer long.
With an estimated weekly income of $448 including tips (tips depend on your service quality), this role offers solid earning potential for an active, outgoing student. Employee discounts are also included!
- 📍 Location: 806 South Boardwalk, Ocean City, Maryland
- 💵 Base wage: $6/hour + tips (estimated $448/week total)
- ⏰ Approx. 35 hours/week (32 min – 40 max); overtime paid after 40 hrs
- 🕙 Shifts: 10:30am–4pm OR 4pm–11/12pm (subject to change)
- 🎓 No previous experience required; one week of paid training included
- 👕 Uniform: slip-resistant shoes + khaki pants/shorts (your own cost)
- 🏠 Housing: not provided — $150–$300/week in community housing; book early!
