As a Sweet Team Member, you'll be at the heart of a pink paradise of desserts and treats — making milkshakes, frying, blending smoothies, prepping desserts, handling cashier duties, and keeping the space sparkling clean. No experience needed — just a great attitude and a sweet tooth!
The pay is competitive at $13/hour base, plus tips averaging an extra $1–$3/hour, with an estimated weekly take-home of around $780 (pre-tax). Hours are flexible and can go up to 75 per week if you want to maximize your earnings.
