Join Hollywood Pictures, a professional souvenir photography company, right on the iconic Ocean City, Maryland boardwalk. This is your chance to spend the summer in one of the East Coast's most beloved beach destinations — 10 miles of Atlantic shoreline, a 3-mile boardwalk, and 200+ restaurants — while earning solid money and building real-world skills.

No photography experience? No problem! Hollywood Pictures provides 3 full days of hands-on training and will teach you everything from snapping the perfect shot to confidently presenting and selling photos to guests. You'll be part of an energetic, international team whose mission is simple: make people smile.

With a base wage of $15/hour, tip eligibility, and performance-based sales bonuses, you can realistically earn $700–$1,000 per week. Overtime is paid after 40 hours, and the average workweek is 40 hours.

Uniform fee is $50. Employer will provide a uniform set comprising 1 apron, 2 t-shirts, 1 hoodie, and a name tag. Employees are required to provide their own black pants, black socks, and black slip-resistant work sneakers. Additionally, employees will receive a complimentary reusable shopping bag featuring the Hollywood Pictures emblem. Moreover, employees may have access to merchandise offerings.

Employer-guaranteed housing at one of 4 locations in Ocean City/West Ocean City. Seasonal cost $2,700–$2,900 per person for the full summer (4 months). Includes WiFi, AC, kitchen supplies, and bedding. $250 refundable security deposit + $250 initial payment required upfront; $400 move-in payment due on arrival. 4 students per room.

Yes. Employer Guarantees employer - owned or employer - arranged housing to all hired participants. May find own (can choose alternative).

We will need 250$ security deposit, (refundable after the summer) and 250$ initial first payment. Deposit will not be calculated as payment.

The security deposit is refundable when the tenant fulfills all the terms presented in the agreement, such as finishing the payments during summer, retaining the property, and refraining from damaging the premises.
