As a server, you'll be taking care of guests in the dining room, keeping tables clean, filling ice, and occasionally helping at the counter during busy periods. The team is welcoming, the training is quick (30–60 minutes), and free meals from the restaurant are included every day. Shifts run either 11 AM–5 PM or 5–11 PM, with around 40 hours per week during peak season.
The earning potential is excellent: while the base wage is $6.05/hour, servers typically earn $20+ per hour in tips, bringing estimated weekly earnings to around $850 before tax. There's even a bonus for completing the full season without missed days!
