Imagine spending your summer beside the crystal-clear waters of Lake Tahoe, working with an international team, and adventuring on your days off. That's exactly what awaits you as a Server at Zephyr Cove Resort, one of the most stunning lakeside destinations in the American West.

As a Server, you'll greet and seat guests, take orders, recommend dishes, deliver food, and process payments — all while delivering an outstanding dining experience. You'll work shifts within the 8 AM–8 PM window, Monday through Sunday, averaging 35 hours per week (up to 40), earning a solid $17.20/hour base wage with the potential for tips on top, bringing estimated weekly earnings to around $600.

Beyond work, Lake Tahoe is your playground. Swim, kayak, paddleboard, hike, or cruise the lake aboard the legendary MS Dixie II — and you get a free cruise as a J1 participant! Nearby South Lake Tahoe offers concerts, farmers markets, casinos, nightlife, and fireworks on the 4th of July.

Yes. Employer Guarantees employer - owned or employer - arranged housing to all hired participants. May find own (can choose alternative).

За депозита

There are several housing options available, so the refundable housing deposit will range from $320-$520 depending on which housing you are in. The deposit will be collected through deductions from the first four paychecks.

Условия за връщане на депозита

Deposit is refundable minus a $50 deep cleaning fee. Room must be clean and in the same condition upon moving in. Associates must check out with the management team before leaving. No damages to the room and no trash or belongings left behind. All uniforms and company property must be returned.

An inspection occurs upon checkout to verify refund. It will be issued as a separate check or with the final paycheck.
