As a Room Attendant, you'll be part of a close-knit team responsible for keeping guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly shape the experience of guests visiting one of Alaska's most spectacular wilderness lodges. Shifts typically run 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, giving you plenty of afternoon and evening time to explore.
On top of your base wage, you can earn an end-of-season bonus of $200–$1,000 based on hours worked, plus refer friends and receive up to $400 per referral. With overtime available (paid after 40 hours/week), your earning potential is strong.
