As one of the 12th busiest cruise ship ports in the world, Skagway welcomes over 15,000 guests each summer — and you'll be part of the crew making their stay unforgettable.

As a Room Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest housekeeping standards across guest rooms and public areas. Your day runs from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and you'll be part of a close-knit team of around 80 seasonal employees who work hard and play harder in one of the most breathtaking landscapes on Earth.

Beyond the paycheck, Skagway offers world-class hiking, stunning Alaskan scenery, company parties, movie nights, shopping trips, and a real sense of community. The Holland America team becomes family — and the memories last a lifetime.

💰 $16/hour base wage + overtime after 40 hours/week
🏆 End-of-season bonus: $200–$1,000 based on hours worked

Must perform physical activities that require moving one's whole body, such as lifting, balancing, climbing, bending, and climbing stairs. Required to stand or walk for long periods of time. Required lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 lbs (23kg) on a repeated basis. Must be able to work continuously in an indoor, humid or hot environment without air-conditioning. May be required to work outdoors with exposure to a variety of weather - rain, cold, direct sunlight, high heat and humidity.

Professional, neat and presentable. No facial hair for employees in food & beverage positions. Men's hair must be shorter than collar length. Must practice good hygiene - frequent bathing and deodorant is requested. No extreme hairstyles or colors, only one piercing allowed in each ear and you may be asked to cover tattoos.
