You'll earn a base wage of $4/hr as a server (with direct tips from guests) or $8/hr as a busser (with tips shared from coworkers). Most students walk away with over $700 per week after tips. Hours range from 32 to 40 per week, with overtime paid after 40 hours.

The resort's General Manager, Milan from Serbia, started his own journey as a J-1 student in 2015 and is available 24/7 to support you. Housing is guaranteed — a fully equipped six-bedroom house just one block away — and you'll even get a free bike to get around town.
