Every summer, this small mountain town of 2,500 residents hosts over 50,000 guests — and you'll be part of the team that keeps the kitchen running smoothly.

As a Kitchen Worker, you'll help prep ingredients, maintain food stations, follow recipes, ensure cleanliness and food safety, and assist with dishwashing and general kitchen duties. No experience is needed — Bogarts will train you. You'll earn $15/hr base pay, plus tips shared from service staff, bringing estimated weekly earnings to around $690. Overtime is paid after 40 hours, and last season's employees averaged 46 hours per week!

Living is easy too — housing is available right above the restaurant, fully equipped with a shared kitchen, living area, two bathrooms, washer/dryer, free WiFi, and bedding. And when you're not working, Red Lodge is your playground: think hiking, kayaking, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, and weekend trips to Yellowstone National Park.
