As a Resort Worker at Pictured Rocks Resort in Grand Marais, Michigan, you'll keep the energy going at the gift shop, café, and restaurant. Your day will include greeting guests, barista and ice cream duties, cash handling, table service, and keeping the front of house spotless. It's a fast-paced, people-focused role that rewards you with great tips and unforgettable memories.

Grand Marais is a tiny, peaceful beach town — think quiet streets, festival summers, and zero big-city stress. The resort is your home base for kayaking, fishing, boating, hiking, and exploring the national park right on your doorstep.

💰 $12.50/hour base wage + tips of $40–$100/day (estimated ~$700/week total)
⏰ 40 hours/week average; overtime paid after 40 hours
🍽️ One free meal per shift + 50% off all food and drinks when off duty
