As a Recreation Attendant, you won't be stuck behind a desk — you'll be the heartbeat of the campground's activity program, bringing energy, creativity, and smiles to guests of all ages.

From organizing arts & crafts and pool games to hosting movie nights under the stars and themed weekend events, every day brings something new. You'll work alongside a Recreation Lead, help manage event logistics, create social media content, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable stay. Located on a remote barrier island, Cape Hatteras is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts — kite boarding, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet-skiing, and the iconic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are all right on your doorstep. Virginia Beach is just 2 hours away, and Washington D.C. is reachable in 5 hours for weekend adventures.
