Spend your summer at 32 Palm Restaurant, located inside the Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront Suites right on the famous Ocean City boardwalk. As a PM Barista / Cashier, you'll work the hotel's Starbucks counter from 1 pm to 8 pm, crafting coffee beverages, checking out customers with a smile, and keeping your workspace spotless — all while earning tips on top of your hourly wage.

Ocean City, Maryland is one of the East Coast's most popular summer destinations — 10 miles of Atlantic beach, a 3-mile boardwalk, 200+ restaurants, and free daily events including concerts, movie nights, and Beach Olympics. This is Work & Travel the way it's meant to be.

Pay arrives by check (first check may take up to two weeks). Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week. A small uniform deduction of $2/week applies; you'll need to bring or buy black pants and non-slip black shoes.
