As an Operations Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience: helping serve breakfast each morning, refreshing guest rooms, maintaining sparkling common areas, and chatting with friendly visitors from New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and beyond who genuinely love getting to know international students. Your work day typically wraps up by 3:00 pm — leaving your afternoons and evenings free to enjoy the beach life!

The compensation package is outstanding: a base wage of $20/hour plus generous tips from appreciative guests, with estimated weekly earnings reaching $1,400. Overtime is paid after 40 hours. Breakfast, beverages, and freshly baked cookies are included every day.

Being on an island everyone dresses rather casually. We recommend dressy t-shirts, polo shirts or summer tops/blouses. Shorts, skorts or skirts cannot be shorter than 7 inches/mid-thigh. Clothes must be clean with no large or apparent stains or wrinkles. No cleavage. Comfortable, well-supporting shoes as girls will be doing three sets of stairs. A light sweater or jacket may be needed in the mornings.
