As an Operations Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience: helping serve breakfast each morning, refreshing guest rooms, maintaining sparkling common areas, and chatting with friendly visitors from New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and beyond who genuinely love getting to know international students. Your work day typically wraps up by 3:00 pm — leaving your afternoons and evenings free to enjoy the beach life!
The compensation package is outstanding: a base wage of $20/hour plus generous tips from appreciative guests, with estimated weekly earnings reaching $1,400. Overtime is paid after 40 hours. Breakfast, beverages, and freshly baked cookies are included every day.
