As a Marina Services / Boat Rental Instructor, you'll be at the heart of one of the most breathtaking destinations in the United States — the second-largest man-made lake in the country.

Your role is all about people and water. You'll check guests in and out for boat rentals, walk them through safety and usage instructions, assist with docking and piloting, and act as a local expert concierge — recommending tours, activities, and hidden gems around the Grand Circle. Every day is dynamic, outdoors, and guest-facing.

Outside your shifts, the real adventure begins. Wakeboard, water-ski, tube, camp, and hike through some of the most iconic landscapes in the American West — often at a discount, always with new friends from around the world.

💰 $14.70/hour base pay + tips averaging ~$20/day
📅 32–40 hours/week (overtime paid after 40 hrs)

Dress in the appropriate clean and pressed uniform and present a clean and neat appearance. Hair must be clean, combed and well groomed; no extreme styles or colors. No dreadlocks. Clean shaven appearance is required unless a beard has previously been grown. Beard length may not exceed 5cm. Jewelry must be conservative, in good taste, appropriate to working attire and not conflict with job related safety standards. Visible body piercing, with the exception of ears is unacceptable.

A refundable $150 housing deposit is required by payroll deduction. The amount will be deducted from the first two pays ($75 per pay).

Deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage to the room and the room is cleaned upon a scheduled check-out.

Security deposits will be returned by way of direct deposit to the employee's enrolled bank account or pay card. The timing of this return is dependent upon the check out date. Failure to properly check out may result in a loss of deposit.
