Your role is all about making sure guests have an unforgettable experience at the marina. You'll assist with boat docking, fuel and clean boats, maintain the dock and surrounding areas, and deliver top-notch customer service with a smile. After your shift, the adventure is yours. Water-ski, wakeboard, go tubing, rent a boat, hike through stunning canyons, or road-trip to nearby National Parks – all at heavily discounted rates as an employee. 💰 $14.70/hour base pay + occasional tips (estimated ~$568/week)

Must be able to work physically hard, be able to deal with constant bending and lifting. Must be able to work in the hot sun and work with chemicals. Previous cleaning experience preferred. Please be aware this area experiences EXTREME HEAT and summer conditions. This includes temperatures up to 110 degrees fahrenheit (43 degree celsius). We do experience sunny days and clear blue skies which allows every time to enjoy the lake and the beauty of the surrounding areas.

Dress in the appropriate clean uniform and present a clean, neat appearance. Hair must be clean, combed and well groomed; no extreme styles or colors. Long hair should be secured back from the face. Clean shaven appearance is required unless a beard has previously been grown. Beard length may not exceed 5 cm. Jewelry must be conservative, appropriate to working attire and must not conflict with job related safety standards. Visible body piercing, with the exception of ears is unacceptable.

A refundable $150 housing deposit is required by payroll deduction. The amount will be deducted from the first two pays ($75 per pay).

Deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage to the room and the room is cleaned upon a scheduled check-out.

Security deposits will be returned by way of direct deposit to the employee's enrolled bank account or pay card. The timing of this return is dependent upon the check out date. Failure to properly check out may result in a loss of deposit.
