As a Luggage Handler with HAP Skagway Transportation Division (a joint operation of Holland America Line and Princess Cruises, part of Carnival Corporation), you'll be at the heart of one of the world's most spectacular travel destinations, serving guests from luxury cruise ships every day.
Your role involves picking up and delivering luggage, assisting guests with identifying and claiming their bags, processing lost luggage claims, and loading/unloading luggage from trucks and motor coaches. You'll be a key part of delivering the world-class guest experience that HAP Alaska – Yukon is known for. Shifts vary between mornings and evenings, and the season keeps things dynamic and exciting.
On top of your $16/hour base wage, you can earn tips based on guest satisfaction, pushing estimated weekly earnings to around $640. Stay through the full season with good performance and pocket an end-of-season bonus of $200–$1,000. Plus, refer a friend and earn up to $400 per referral!
