Spend your summer as a Beach Lifeguard at Sea Colony Resort, one of the premier beach and racquet sports communities on the US East Coast, set right on the stunning Atlantic shoreline of Bethany Beach, Delaware. As a Beach Lifeguard you will protect guests, perform surf rescues, enforce safety regulations, and keep your skills sharp through daily training and drills. You'll work in a dynamic, outdoor environment alongside an international team of students who share your energy and ambition.
Bethany Beach is a lively coastal town with a beautiful boardwalk, festivals, concerts, markets, and endless beach activities. Stores and restaurants are reachable by bike, and organised trips to nearby cities mean your days off are just as exciting as your shifts.
- 💰 $21/hour – estimated $840/week (pre-tax)
- 🕗 Stable 40 hours/week, 8 AM – 6 PM shifts
- 🏖️ Use of Sea Colony's private beach and fitness centre
- 🚴 Bikes available; workplace within biking distance
