Lifeguard at Harrison Group Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites 17th St – Ocean City, Maryland
Imagine spending your summer at one of Ocean City, Maryland's most prestigious beachfront resorts — the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites on the iconic boardwalk. As a Lifeguard with Harrison Group, you'll keep guests safe at the pool while enjoying 10 miles of Atlantic beach, a 3-mile boardwalk, 200+ restaurants, and free summer events right on your doorstep.
You'll earn $15/hour working an estimated 32–40 hours per week (overtime paid after 40 hours), with peak hours in July, August, and early September. Training and certification are provided — all you need is the athleticism to pass the American Red Cross swim test.
The employer provides your uniform (swimsuit, shorts, shirt, sweatshirt & hat) with a small $2/week deduction. First paycheck may take up to two weeks, and pay is issued by check.
