Join the team at Pancake Chef Restaurant, a beloved family eatery nestled in the charming resort town of Mackinaw City, Michigan — right at the foot of the iconic Mackinac Bridge. This is your chance to gain real kitchen experience, make great money, and spend a summer surrounded by sandy beaches, state parks, and early American history.

As Kitchen Support, you'll rotate through prep cook and dishwasher roles, keeping the kitchen running smoothly during the busy summer season. Top performers may even get the opportunity to step up to a line cook position. No previous experience is needed — you'll receive a full week of on-the-job training!

• 💰 Base pay: $13.73/hour + tips averaging $5+/hour — estimated $600/week
• 🎁 $350 completion bonus at the end of the program
• 🍽️ 50–70% discount on food during shifts and days off
• 🏡 Employer housing available at just $90/week — linens, Wi-Fi & shared kitchen included
