Join the team at HAP Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge, part of Holland America Princess Alaska – the largest tour operator in Alaska and the Yukon. Spend your summer in Fairbanks, Alaska's second largest city, doing meaningful work while experiencing one of the most unique corners of the world.

As a Houseperson, you will keep guest and public areas spotless, deliver supplies, operate cleaning equipment, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. No previous experience is needed – full on-the-job training is provided. This is a great entry-level role for anyone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in their work.

On top of your base wage, you can earn a season-end bonus of up to $1,000 and receive up to $400 for every friend you refer to the program. With overtime available beyond 40 hours per week, your earning potential is real.

Fly into Fairbanks International Airport (FAI) – less than 10 miles from the lodge. Make sure to contact your local coordinator at least 2 weeks before departure and plan your Social Security application for a weekday upon arrival.
