• 💰 $15.10/hour base wage + tips from guest rooms (estimated ~$575/week)
• ⏰ Estimated 38 hours/week (up to 40 hrs; overtime paid after 40 hrs)
• 🏨 On-site housing — fully furnished hotel room, private bathroom, pool, Wi-Fi — only $100/week
