That's exactly what awaits you as a Host/Hostess at the Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge, one of Alaska's most spectacular remote retreats, located 133 miles north of Anchorage in Denali State Park.
As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first friendly face guests see when they arrive at the dining room. Your role is to greet guests warmly, manage the seating flow, maintain wait lists, handle reservations, and ensure every visitor feels welcome. You'll also assist with cash handling, keep menus tidy, and support the team with opening and closing duties.

- 💵 $16/hour base wage, overtime paid after 40 hours/week
- 📅 Estimated 42 hours/week on average (up to 50 hrs/week possible)
- 🏆 End-of-season bonus: $200–$1,000 based on hours worked
- 🤝 Referral bonus: up to $400 for every person you refer
