This is a fantastic opportunity to earn solid money — with a base wage of $10/hour plus tips shared from servers, estimated weekly earnings reach around $600 for 40 hours of work. The Pancake Chef is known for paying some of the highest wages in town and genuinely taking care of its staff.
Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, managing wait lists, answering phones, and supporting the front-of-house team. Training is fully provided — you'll shadow experienced staff for one week before taking on duties independently.
