The Seward Windsong Lodge, part of the Pursuit Collection, is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join their team as Hosts for an unforgettable Alaskan season.

As a Host, you'll be the first smiling face guests see when they arrive at the dining area — taking reservations, seating guests, handling transactions, and ensuring every visitor has an exceptional experience. It's a fast-paced, rewarding role that puts your people skills front and centre.

Beyond work, Seward is an adventurer's playground. From whale watching and kayaking to helicopter tours and local festivals, there's never a dull moment. Many seasonal employees love it so much they come back year after year!

💰 $16/hour, ~35–40 hours/week, overtime paid after 40 hours
🏠 On-site housing guaranteed — only $70/week, with a refundable $100 deposit

All employees of the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge must follow the grooming standards as a basic condition of employment. Employees are expected to wear their full uniform, clean and pressed. Extreme hair styles and colors are not permitted, no non-natural styles or colors. Jewelry worn on the job must be conservative, in good taste, appropriate to working attire and safe. Visible body piercing, with the exception of ears is not acceptable. Visible body tattoos are also not permitted..

Yes. Employer Guarantees employer - owned or employer - arranged housing to all hired participants. May find own (can choose alternative).

$100 refundable deposit as long as the housing unit is left in good standing (clean, no damages beyond normal wear/tear). It will be taken out in 4 increments of $25 over the first 4 paychecks.
