Interlochen Center for the Arts is one of the most celebrated arts institutions in the USA, and in the summer of 2026 they're looking for enthusiastic Hospitality Staff to help make it all happen.
As part of the hospitality team, you'll rotate across different departments — from dining and café service to housekeeping, laundry, concert support, and guest services. No two days are the same, and you'll finish the summer with a versatile set of real-world hospitality skills.

Work 5 days a week, 32–40 hours per week, with overtime paid after 40 hours. A one-week paid training period is included. This is the perfect placement for students of Hospitality, Hotel Management, or anyone who loves people, the arts, and the great outdoors.
