From setting up elegant wedding receptions to supporting the bar team during live concerts and private parties, every day brings something new.
As a Hospitality Specialist, you'll rotate across three core roles: Event Closer (ensuring the venue is spotless and secured after events), Housekeeping & Setup (transforming spaces into picture-perfect event settings), and Bar Back Support (keeping the bar running smoothly during high-volume service). It's a physically active, team-oriented role perfect for students who love variety and want real hands-on experience in event management.
The location is unbeatable — just 2 miles from Lake Michigan's sandy beaches, surrounded by charming downtown shops, farmers markets, festivals, and great dining. The summer climate is gorgeous, with temperatures averaging 75–85°F.
- 💰 $16/hour base pay + tips (estimated ~$640/week)
