As a Hospitality Crew (BOH) member, you will be assigned to one of several behind-the-scenes roles that keep this iconic 385-room eco-hotel running smoothly. Roles include Housekeeper, Houseperson, Public Area Attendant, Laundry Attendant, Dishwasher, Prep/Entry Level Cook, Cleaner/Employee Village & Recreation Attendant, or Unassigned Hospitality Crew. Your specific role is fixed for the season and assigned based on your availability and English level.
This is a physically active job — expect lifting, standing, and moving throughout your entire shift. But the reward? After work, the entire Grand Teton National Park is your playground: hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, wildlife spotting, rafting, and more await you.
- 💵 $17.75/hour — estimated ~$568/week pre-tax
- 🏠 On-site housing included in the $105/week Employee Services Fee
- 🍽️ 3 meals per day included in the fee
