As part of the Hospitality Crew, you'll be placed in either a Kitchen Crew or Housekeeping (Room Attendant) role based on operational needs when you arrive. Both positions are hands-on, active, and rewarding — perfect for students who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
You'll live and work in one of 6 remote villages inside the park, alongside other international Work & Travel students and American employees. Each village has its own employee dining room, recreational activities, and a community vibe you won't find anywhere else.
- 💵 $15.45/hour — estimated ~$525/week (pre-tax)
- ⏱️ Estimated 32 hrs/week on average (up to 40 hrs; overtime paid after 40)
- 🍽️ Kitchen Crew: dishwashing, food prep, serving, kitchen cleaning
- 🛏️ Room Attendant: cleaning hotel rooms, changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms

This position is ideal for energetic students who love the outdoors and want more than a typical summer job. Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Hours may vary by season — peak adventure time is June through August when you'll have more free time to explore the park!
