As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be the warm first and last face guests see during their stay. From checking visitors in and out, handling reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping, to helping guests plan their Acadia adventures and recommending hidden local gems — every day brings something new. Your smile and hospitality directly shape the guest experience at one of Maine's most exciting resorts.
On top of a solid $17/hour base wage and an estimated $680/week, you can earn a goal-based bonus of up to $600 over the season if customer satisfaction and revenue targets are met. The employer also packs in incredible perks that stretch your dollar further:
