As a Front Desk agent, you will be the first smile guests see. Your day-to-day tasks include answering phones, making and cancelling reservations, processing payments, updating inventory, and keeping the lobby fresh and welcoming. Two shift options give you flexibility: 7 am–3 pm or 3 pm–11 pm. You'll receive 5–7 days of hands-on training so you feel confident and ready to work independently.
