As a Front Desk Agent/Reservationist, you will be the first friendly face guests see when they arrive. Your responsibilities include handling reservations by phone and in person, processing payments, managing emails, and using the resort's reservation system (Resort Data Processing). You'll need solid computer skills, a warm personality, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
