As a Food & Beverage Associate, you'll be at the heart of the resort's guest experience – preparing food, serving customers, handling transactions, and keeping things running smoothly in a vibrant, team-oriented environment. On your days off, you can hit the beach, stroll the boardwalk, explore local markets and concerts, or hop on a bike to discover everything Bethany Beach has to offer. Washington D.C. is less than 50 miles away for a weekend adventure!
- 💵 $15/hour base pay + estimated $2–$3/hour in tips (~$650/week estimated)
- ⏰ Full-time, 40 hours/week; overtime paid after 40 hours
