Your day-to-day will include grilling, frying, and preparing food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness to Health Department standards, and delivering excellent guest service in line with Wilderness at the Smokies' values. Shifts vary across mornings, afternoons, and evenings — giving you flexibility to explore everything the region has to offer on your days off.
