Picture yourself working just 133 miles north of Anchorage, with sweeping views of North America's tallest peak, Denali, right outside your window. As a Dish Steward at the Mt McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge, you'll be an essential part of a tight-knit team delivering outstanding guest experiences in a truly wild Alaskan setting.
This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training — no prior experience needed. You'll keep kitchen areas spotless, support chefs and cooks, and help maintain the high standards that make this lodge legendary. It's physical, fast-paced work, and every shift counts.
Outside of work, the real adventure begins: hike remote trails, try white-water rafting, cast a line for salmon, or take a flight-seeing tour over glaciers. Organized trips to Talkeetna, Wasilla, and Anchorage are included for employees.
- 💰 $16/hour base pay, overtime after 40 hours
- 🏆 End-of-season bonus: $200–$1,000 based on hours worked
