Dish Steward at HAP Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge – Denali National Park, Alaska
Imagine finishing your shift and hopping on a shuttle into Denali National Park — home to Mt. McKinley (20,320 ft), grizzly bears, and some of the most breathtaking wilderness on Earth. As a Dish Steward at HAP Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge, you'll be part of the kitchen team that keeps one of Alaska's premier lodges running smoothly, all while living an unforgettable summer adventure.
This is a perfect entry-level role — no previous experience needed! You'll handle dishwashing, cleaning, and kitchen support tasks, working alongside a friendly international team. The lodge sits on a bluff above the Nenana River, just one mile from the park entrance, roughly 2 hours south of Fairbanks and 4 hours north of Anchorage.
On top of your base pay, you can earn an end-of-season bonus of up to $1,000 and refer friends for an extra $400 referral bonus per person. May and September offer the best chances for extra hours and higher earnings.
- 💵 $16/hour base pay + overtime after 40 hrs/week
