This is your chance to work hard, earn great money, and adventure through some of the most stunning landscapes in the USA.

As a Crew Member, you'll be part of a close-knit, high-energy team dedicated to delivering five-star burgers and exceptional customer service. Duties include food prep, kitchen line work, dishwashing, cleaning, and occasional customer service. No prior experience needed — just bring your positive attitude and willingness to hustle!

After a 5-hour shift, enjoy a free meal on the house. With pooled tips adding an extra $4–$10 per hour, your estimated weekly earnings reach around $600 (pre-tax). Overtime is paid after 40 hours.

Employer-arranged housing is available just under a mile from the restaurant — you can even bike there! Cultural activities organized by the employer include a trip to Glacier National Park, rafting trips, a staff party, county fair visits, and monthly shopping trips to Kalispell.

Housing deposit will be deducted from first paycheck and returned with last paycheck. If student does not fulfill commitment total housing costs for program timeframe will be deducted from final paycheck.
