As a Crew Member, you'll be part of a close-knit, high-energy team dedicated to delivering five-star burgers and exceptional customer service. Duties include food prep, kitchen line work, dishwashing, cleaning, and occasional customer service. No prior experience needed — just bring your positive attitude and willingness to hustle!
After a 5-hour shift, enjoy a free meal on the house. With pooled tips adding an extra $4–$10 per hour, your estimated weekly earnings reach around $600 (pre-tax). Overtime is paid after 40 hours.
Employer-arranged housing is available just under a mile from the restaurant — you can even bike there! Cultural activities organized by the employer include a trip to Glacier National Park, rafting trips, a staff party, county fair visits, and monthly shopping trips to Kalispell.
