Join the team at The Reeds at Shelter Haven, a contemporary luxury boutique hotel nestled in the charming shore town of Stone Harbor, New Jersey. As a Bar Back, you'll be the engine behind the bar — keeping everything stocked, clean, and running smoothly so the bartenders can shine.

Stone Harbor is a hotspot for Work & Travel students, with hundreds of J-1 participants working and living in the nearby Wildwood area. You'll be just a short bus ride or bike ride from your accommodation, and within easy reach of some of the East Coast's most iconic destinations.

• 💰 Base wage of $6.25/hour + tips included — estimated $330/week total
• ⏱️ Up to 40 hours/week; overtime paid after 40 hours
• 🍋 Duties: stocking bar supplies, slicing garnishes, washing glassware, maintaining cleanliness, changing kegs
